This past spring I worked with Terry on buying my wife and I’s future homeland. I had grown up on the ground hunting and farming the tillable acres and dreamed of owning it one day to build a home on. When we were put in the situation of buying a home or renting with a baby on the way, I called the landowner to ask if there was any interest in selling the acreage. His first response was “no thanks.” However a few days later I received a call from Terry and we started negotiating a price with the landowner. Terry was very good about being in constant contact with me letting us know where we stood. After a short offer/negotiation process we had come to an agreement within a week. We felt really good and comfortable with a fair price that we came too and We had a wonderful experience using Terry. We would absolutely work with him again I would recommend Terry to anyone. He worked hard for us and we really appreciate him for it.
